Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel marketing plans aligned with the overall brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to launch campaigns across digital, retail, and on-ground channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze effectiveness, and continuously optimize for impact.
  • Present strategic ideas and performance updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Manage annual brand budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Lead retail marketing efforts, including in-store promotions, merchandising, and packaging initiatives.
  • Strengthen the brand through partnerships, events, and collaborations that resonate with the target market.
  • Work closely with frontline and store teams to support execution, identify growth opportunities, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Partner with digital teams to manage the brands online presence and develop a cohesive social media strategy.
  • Build and scale a customer loyalty program that enhances customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Develop strategies to acquire new members, leveraging events, partnerships, and digital outreach.
  • Use customer insights to refine targeting, improve conversions, and enhance program engagement.
  • Analyze recruitment and retention trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Retail, or Sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in basic business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative thinker with a collaborative spirit and a positive, problem-solving mindset.
