About the job Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel marketing plans aligned with the overall brand strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to launch campaigns across digital, retail, and on-ground channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze effectiveness, and continuously optimize for impact.
- Present strategic ideas and performance updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Manage annual brand budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Lead retail marketing efforts, including in-store promotions, merchandising, and packaging initiatives.
- Strengthen the brand through partnerships, events, and collaborations that resonate with the target market.
- Work closely with frontline and store teams to support execution, identify growth opportunities, and ensure brand consistency.
- Partner with digital teams to manage the brands online presence and develop a cohesive social media strategy.
- Build and scale a customer loyalty program that enhances customer retention and lifetime value.
- Develop strategies to acquire new members, leveraging events, partnerships, and digital outreach.
- Use customer insights to refine targeting, improve conversions, and enhance program engagement.
- Analyze recruitment and retention trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Retail, or Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in basic business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative thinker with a collaborative spirit and a positive, problem-solving mindset.
