Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling Spanish-speaking customer inquiries, providing assistance and solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Daily tasks include answering calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer issues in Spanish and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
  • Effectively present, discuss and/or address customer concerns and requests in a way that conveys an image of quality and superior understanding of customer needs.
  • Manage calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
  • Research answers to questions using a variety of manuals and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in Spanish language
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • With experience in customer service

Budget: 40k to 50k
