Responsibilities

1. Placement Operations

  • Manage all recruitment stages after candidates are sourced, including screening, assessments, initial application review and shortlisting, feedback collection and consolidation, job offer preparation and salary negotiation.
  • Assesses the candidates to identify their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinating technical assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and trigger the onboarding process.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure clear alignment on role requirements, interview criteria, and evaluation methods.
  • Act as a liaison to resolve bottlenecks, escalate issues, and facilitate timely decision-making.
  • Analyze the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that optimize time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics.
  • Develop strategies to improve candidate satisfaction, reduce drop-offs, and build positive impressions of the employer brand.
  • Continuously monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs, using data insights to recommend adjustments in strategies and workflows.
  • Develop training programs for hiring teams to ensure compliance and adherence to newly established processes and policies.
  • Establish and monitor workflows to ensure smooth transitions between stages with minimal delays.

2. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with onshore/offshore hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional service and address stakeholder concerns promptly.

3. Reporting and Analytics

  • Track key metrics (e.g., interview-to-hire ratio, offer acceptance rate, time-to-hire, hiring manager satisfaction rate) and analyzing placement data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Generate regular reports on placement activities, team performance, and statistics.

4. Market Analysis

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and labor market dynamics.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the target industries and client needs.
  • Identify talent gaps and develop strategies to fill them.

5. Contract Management

  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, offer letters, and other legal documents.
  • Ensuring that all contracts are legally sound and comply with relevant regulations.

6. Compliance and Legal

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action.
  • Protect candidate data and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including job descriptions, interview notes, and offer letters.
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks as required."

Qualification

  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling placement teams.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skillsets, and industry-specific terminology.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of industry trends, labor market dynamics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and candidates.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or HR Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred.
  • Experience in acquiring employees with IT background is preferred
