About the Job:

The Campaigns and Digital Analytics Head is responsible to oversee the design, management, and executions of various campaigns to meet the business goals of a specific product within the bank, to monitor mobile application statistics. The position is expected to take end-to-end ownership, from program review, success metric identification, leads extraction, leads optimization, leads distribution to channels, campaign monitoring and post campaign analysis related to products and mobile application that have a direct impact on the bank's bottom line

Responsibilities:

People Management

  • Supports the CEO and senior stakeholders to achieve the companys overall business and strategic objectives.
  • Responsible for creating the department/unit/teams vision, culture and performance standards as well as overseeing its adoption in all levels of the department/unit/team.
  • Builds teams with a shared purpose - attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining employees allowing them to realize their full potential and the organization to meet its current business needs and prepare for future needs.
  • Role models and drives activities to encourage and build the desired organizational culture, values, and reputation in the company and with all employees, customers and regulatory/official agencies.
  • Leads the team in delivering high quality service within a culture of customer service and continuous improvement.
  • Ensures suitable metrics are in place to measure performance and progress of the business and employees.
  • Establishes KPIs and reviews overall performance against targets, assesses effectiveness of strategies and makes necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Builds and sustains capabilities to achieve both people and organization objectives.
  • Ensures leadership and business continuity in all key/critical positions in the organization by actively developing identified potential successors.
  • Advocates a positive team environment through teamwork, coaching and mentoring.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Technical:

  • Work closely with Products and Marketing teams and support base generation for the different promos/campaigns of the bank
  • Create an overall marketing and non-marketing calendar to monitor schedules and ensure timely send-outs.
  • Reports to the Data Science and Analytics Head and supports the rest of the DM Team members in meeting the departmental KPIs and objectives.
  • Do campaign base sizing with waterfall of base drop-offs prior launch of each promo/campaign.
  • Do analysis on campaign performance and metrics during the actual campaign to be reported to the stakeholders.
  • Generate a post-campaign report and analysis to apply learnings in the next campaigns.
  • Support end-to-end process on promo fulfillments - from eligible base generation to crediting of incentives or sending the base to the end user.
  • Support to investigate promo-related complaints.
  • Gather, analyze and interpret data to assess mobile application statistics
  • Perform data analysis to find opportunities for growth and improvement of mobile application KPIs
  • Drive and manage portfolio actions by identifying appropriate parameters and analyzing historical performance to find suitable criteria that will promote mobile application usage and mobile application user acquisition.
  • Work closely with Digital Channels/ Products and Marketing teams and support base generation for the different promos/campaigns of the bank related to mobile app
  • Leverage web analytics tools like Google Analytics to generate insights on customer journeys and funnels.
  • Exposure to running test and learn programs on apps and websites to recommend and drive improvements.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Management/Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Design, or any related field

* With at least 3 years working experience in a bank/financial institution

* Knowledgeable of bank and financial products and services

* People Management experience

* Data- Driven

* Proficient in using MS Office particularly MS Excel and writing simple to complex queries using SQL is an advantage.

Work Setup:

Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week)
