SAP FICO CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Defines project objectives, project plan, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Applies subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for the client.
  • Plans for different project phases across Blueprinting, UT/SIT, UAT, Cut Over, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live support.
  • SAP CO - Product Costing experience
  • Collaborates with supply chain consultants and sets up transfer pricing, revenue recognition, automatic account determination, reconciliation, and adjustments.
  • Leads and provides inputs for integration aspects across other project modules, data migration, change management, cut over etc.
  • Leads blueprint workshops, suggesting SAP-recommended processes and practices for the industry specifications for reports/interfaces/forms for business users.
  • Works with client stakeholders to develop functional specifications for developments.
  • Performs configuration based on blueprint, conducts unit test, and system integration test
  • Leads the User Acceptance Testing with consultants and clients, and completes issue resolution.
  • Prepares training documentation and conducts Train-the-Trainer sessions to Key Users and business process owners.
  • Facilitates change management, guiding both Customer and teams and initiating necessary support and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related courses
  • Has at least 4 years of experience in SAP FICO and has at least 3 or more full project lifecycles of SAP S/4
  • HANA implementation
  • Must also have SAP ABAP capabilities
  • Able to lead the module in large-scale implementations
  • Has certifications and training in SAP S/4 HANA
  • Has experience in S/4 HANA sales and delivery with a minimum of three S/4 HANA projects
  • Has hands-on experience with SAP cloud products and product strategy
  • Has experience with data management tools, training, and testing tools
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills and must demonstrate collaboration and teamwork, is innovative,e and constantly seeks improvement
  • Good analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
