  • Salesforce Data Management:

  • Salesforce Data Collection & Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain customized reports on Australian property and financial data within Salesforce.
    • Present findings through dashboards and visualization tools (e.g., Analytics Studio, Tableau).
  • Salesforce Quality Assurance & Analysis:
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
    • Identify trends and opportunities for optimization across real estate processes.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with the management team, systems administrators, and the digital team.
    • Provide clear, concise insights that influence decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Contribute ideas for better data management, analytics, and reporting methods.
    • Stay updated on Salesforce enhancements and new reporting features.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable in Salesforce administration and data collection.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce reporting and analytics of around 2 to 3 years.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Analytics Studio, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • A problem-solver with a passion for simplicity and efficiency.
  • Background in Australian property or financial data analysis is a plus!
