- Salesforce Data Management:
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity, generate reports and dashboards, and support teams with actionable insights for decision-making.
- Salesforce Data Collection & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain customized reports on Australian property and financial data within Salesforce.
- Present findings through dashboards and visualization tools (e.g., Analytics Studio, Tableau).
- Salesforce Quality Assurance & Analysis:
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
- Identify trends and opportunities for optimization across real estate processes.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the management team, systems administrators, and the digital team.
- Provide clear, concise insights that influence decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute ideas for better data management, analytics, and reporting methods.
- Stay updated on Salesforce enhancements and new reporting features.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in Salesforce administration and data collection.
- Proven experience in Salesforce reporting and analytics of around 2 to 3 years.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Analytics Studio, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- A problem-solver with a passion for simplicity and efficiency.
- Background in Australian property or financial data analysis is a plus!
