Product Owner
Job Description:
The Product Owner role is responsible in the monitoring and execution of the entire product development process and research on market competition. This role will help to ensure CIMB products and campaigns remain competitive in the market to ensure base growth in the digital landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for CIMB PH App strategy to increase MAU and MTU including campaigns.
- Lead product / feature development using customer-centric design and agile approaches to be able to deliver products that address customer challenges and meet business objectives.
- Responsible for departmental reporting; strategy, ad hoc, weekly, monthly, MDR, EFPS, and periodic meetings of the of the Bank.
- Provide strategy, roadmap, overall project and execution plan for each product feature/ project.
- Responsible for all project documentation including the creation of business requirements document, user stories, UIUX, technical documents in collaboration with cross functional teams within CIMB PH.
- Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization, with measurable and quantifiable benefits for the Bank and its customers.
- Work with marketing to develop positioning and messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors.
- Product ownership consists of but not limited to creation of business requirements, sign off of all technical documentation (FSD, UAT), reporting of project from planning to post implementation, decision on Go/No Go, and post implementation validation and reporting, and feature/ product marketing and ensuring that the interest of the Bank and our customers are represented.
- Contribute to areas of improvement within Digital Channels by conducting user research and usability studies, organise bi annual product sprints, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the process.
- Monitor and evaluate Mobile App performance (crashes, error rates, volumes, etc).
- Support CIMB Bank PH App ticket resolution including testing and resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, and other related courses.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product management.
- Strong understanding/ experience in digital banking & digital channels
- Strong understanding and knowledge of data analysis and presentation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and produce desired results to strict deadlines
Work Setup:
Setup: Hybrid (3X onsite per week)
