Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quarterly and annual marketing strategies; track performance and adjust as needed.

  • Design and produce store marketing materials (e.g., signage, POP displays).

  • Manage social media channels, create content, write captions, and respond to customer inquiries.

  • Plan and execute online/offline campaigns for new product launches.

  • Oversee marketing material inventory, including stock tracking and distribution.

  • Lead sales promotions from design to implementation and prize handling.

  • Manage the marketing budget, supplier quotes, and payment processes.

  • Support sales teams in executing events (e.g., trade shows, webinars, roadshows).

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email, web, social media); stay updated on digital tools.

  • Use internal marketing systems effectively.

  • Prepare reports on campaign performance with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 3+ years of marketing experience with proven results.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and tools.

  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

  • Able to work independently and in teams.

  • Tech industry experience is a plus.
