Group Marketing Head

The Group Marketing Head is responsible for the overall strategy and budget of the marketing plan, which includes internal and external branding initiatives, advertising strategies, and departmental structure.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Goal Setting:

  • Establish marketing goals and objectives.
  • Develop and present an annual marketing strategy and plan.
  • Establish key performance indicators for the marketing department.
  • Contribute to the development of new business ventures.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Recognize market opportunities to propel the business forward.
  • Research customer interactions and recommend improvements.
  • Analyze the company's marketing strategy and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor positioning.

Campaign Management and Implementation:

  • Strategize, implement, and manage marketing campaigns.
  • Create, plan, and implement successful marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and supervise all marketing and advertising campaigns.

Digital Transformation and Online Presence:

  • Create change in areas such as social media or digitization.
  • Take ownership of the appearance and content of websites and social media outlets to increase visitor conversion.

Collaboration and Team Development:

  • Collaborate with sales, development, and customer success teams.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure aligned objectives.
  • Develop and grow the internal marketing team.
  • Establish a network of trustworthy third-party agencies and marketing professionals.

Performance Monitoring and Budget Management:

  • Maintain a healthy marketing budget by tracking KPIs regularly and presenting reports.
  • Utilize data and reports for evidence-based decision-making.
  • Conduct a review and management of the content marketing strategy.

Continuous Learning and Adaptation:

  • Maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Participate in marketing seminars and educational programs.

Overall Contribution to Business Growth:

  • Contribute to the business's overall growth.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with the business's growth objectives.


Qualifications:

  • At least 10-15 years of experience in marketing or business (MBA preferred).
  • Well-rounded marketing or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility with a focus on marketing expansion.
  • Superb analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility.
  • Passionate customer advocacy.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product, and service management.
  • Deep understanding of changing market dynamics.
