Must have blended account experience (Voice and Non-Voice).
Must have sales/heavy sales background experience
JOB SUMMARY:
The Team Lead (Outbound Sales) is responsible for leading a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve sales targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strategic leadership, sales expertise, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management: Supervise, train, and develop a team of outbound sales representatives.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve team targets.
3. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales revenue).
4. Sales Floor Management: Ensure efficient sales floor operations, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
5. Coaching and Development: Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to improve team members' sales skills.
6. Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
7. Sales Campaigns: Design and implement outbound sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
8. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
9. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to senior management.
10. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
