About the job Branch Head, Manager for Strategic Alliance
Responsibilities:
Partnership Management

Build and maintain strong partner relationships through regular check-ins and strategy sessions

Monitor monthly performance, provide feedback, and identify growth opportunities

Execute engagement plans and deliver product training sessions
-
Resolve partner issues in coordination with internal teams
Revenue Management
-
Meet quarterly/annual revenue targets for assigned partners
-
Review pipelines, forecast revenue, and adjust strategies as needed
-
Collaborate on pricing and promotions
-
Track performance and support underperforming partners
-
Source new partnership leads through research and networking
Operations
-
Approve partner insurance applications within 24 hours
-
Coordinate with underwriting for timely policy issuance
-
Manage onboarding, training, and compliance audits
-
Oversee commission structures and develop SOPs
Reporting & Administration
-
Generate daily sales reports and weekly performance dashboards
-
Prepare revenue reports and follow up on collections
-
Reconcile commissions monthly and resolve discrepancies
-
Present quarterly reviews to leadership
-
Maintain accurate CRM records
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Strong understanding of the Philippine insurance market and regulatory environment
- Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in meeting revenue targets
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Preferred
- Knowledge of insurance policy issuance processes
- Background in partner operations management
WORK SCHEDULE
Mondays to Fridays, 8AM to 5PM (subject for extensions depends on the urgency of the request and/or deadlines)
WORK LOCATION
Full on-site - Head Office, Alabang Muntinlupa
