Responsibilities:

  • Co-develop monthly and quarterly sales plans with client teams for Shopee, Lazada, and other SEA platforms.
  • Track performance against targets, analyze market and competitor trends, and formulate adaptive strategies, including pricing, promotional plans, and traffic generation tactics.
  • Oversee the optimization of product listings (titles, descriptions, visuals) to ensure alignment with brand identity.
  • Guide client teams on the execution of platform campaigns (e.g., flash sales, livestreams), vet campaign proposals, and track KPIs.
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional activity with marketing and merchandising teams.
  • Prepare regular reports on GMV, conversion rates, traffic channels, and product performance.
  • Leverage tools such as Shopee Seller Center and Lazada Analytics to refine advertising strategies, improve ROI, and enhance keyword targeting.
  • Collaborate with internal supply chain teams and external partners to ensure stock availability during key campaigns.
  • Address slow-moving inventory by recommending clearance initiatives or reallocation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner teams, leading performance reviews and resolving operational issues.
  • Enforce brand policies on pricing, product integrity, and marketplace compliance.
  • Monitor and interpret platform policy changes (e.g., fees, algorithm updates) and recommend timely adaptations.
  • Stay informed on SEA consumer trends and apply insights to product strategy and campaign planning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, including at least 1 year of hands-on management on Shopee, Lazada, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI; able to translate analytics into strategy.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills; capable of managing external clients and internal teams.
  • Experience working with both brand owners and distributors, with knowledge of brand licensing practices.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale ecommerce events (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, or 12.12 mega campaigns).
  • Familiarity with SEA ecommerce logistics, payment systems, and customer service nuances.
