Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to improve client satisfaction and support account retention goals.
- Analyze client profiles and usage data to design targeted initiatives that align with client needs and drive service value.
- Proactively monitor account performance and implement improvements to optimize client experience.
- Conduct regular client meetings to present performance reports, support renewal planning, and discuss potential service enhancements.
- Educate client representatives on available health programs, wellness initiatives, and support resources.
- Plan and deliver multi-channel communication campaigns to promote health awareness, preventive care, and service utilization.
- Collect and assess client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, account status, membership data, and utilization trends.
- Manage the renewal process including negotiation of terms and finalization of agreements to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Oversee timely collection of client payments associated with renewals and service agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., support services, provider relations, marketing) to ensure consistent and high-quality client experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or a related function within the health benefits, insurance, or services industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across various organizational levels.
- Customer-focused mindset with proven relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and coordinate across teams to resolve issues.
- Collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high client satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data for decision-making and strategy development.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of how to identify and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts.
