Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to improve client satisfaction and support account retention goals.
  • Analyze client profiles and usage data to design targeted initiatives that align with client needs and drive service value.
  • Proactively monitor account performance and implement improvements to optimize client experience.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to present performance reports, support renewal planning, and discuss potential service enhancements.
  • Educate client representatives on available health programs, wellness initiatives, and support resources.
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel communication campaigns to promote health awareness, preventive care, and service utilization.
  • Collect and assess client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, account status, membership data, and utilization trends.
  • Manage the renewal process including negotiation of terms and finalization of agreements to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee timely collection of client payments associated with renewals and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., support services, provider relations, marketing) to ensure consistent and high-quality client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or a related function within the health benefits, insurance, or services industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across various organizational levels.
  • Customer-focused mindset with proven relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and coordinate across teams to resolve issues.
  • Collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high client satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data for decision-making and strategy development.
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of how to identify and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts.
