Job Overview

We are seeking a Claims Analyst who will manage end to end motor insurance claims, ensuring each claim is handled accurately, promptly, and in line with company policies and budgets. You will also flag potential recoveries and fraud cases to the appropriate units, helping protect the companys financial integrity while delivering fast, reliable service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the full life cycle of motorinsurance claimsfrom initial assessment and documentation to final settlement.
  • Verify coverage, calculate claim amounts, and authorize payments within delegated authority.
  • Identify claims with subrogation or thirdparty recovery potential and refer them to the Recovery Unit.
  • Detect red flags during claim review and promptly refer suspicious cases to the AntiFraud Unit.
  • Ensure all claims are processed in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and servicelevel agreements.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical claim files for audit readiness.
  • Communicate clearly with policyholders, repair shops, and internal teams, providing timely updates and resolving inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree (any fouryear course).
  • Prior exposure to motorinsurance claims processing is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to explain decisions and negotiate settlements.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Detailoriented, analytical, collaborative, and adaptable to change.
