Summary:

A modern digital bank is seeking a Key Accounts Manager to assist the Key Accounts Head and Chief Growth Officer in achieving business goals through strategic partnerships and driving new opportunities with key partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage account integrations with fintech's and high-growth companies
  • Coordinate partnership activities across internal teams (legal, compliance, product, tech, marketing)
  • Approach business development with a focus on metrics and results
  • Analyze and provide insights on partnership performance
  • Optimize partnership efforts, ensuring partners meet SLAs and BCP standards
  • Negotiate and finalize partner contracts
  • Identify opportunities and map customer journeys, flows, and touchpoints
  • Collaborate effectively with technology teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for partnerships
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Growth Officer and Head of Key Accounts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in account management and integrations with fintech's/high-growth companies
  • Strong knowledge of technology, retail banking, sales, and market trends in banking, fintech, and financial services
  • Experience in contract review, negotiation, and execution

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Location: BGC, Taguig City
