Job Summary: The position is responsible for designing, positioning, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize insurance solutions based on client risk profiles, industry needs, and business objectives
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, brokers, underwriters, and internal teams
  • Analyze existing insurance products and recommend enhancements or new solutions to remain competitive
  • Support sales and business development teams with product expertise, proposals, and presentations
  • Manage the end-to-end solutioning process, from needs assessment to implementation
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to inform product positioning
  • Collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams to ensure pricing and coverage align with risk appetite
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field3–7+ years of experience in insurance, brokerage, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products (e.g., life, health, general insurance, or employee benefits)
  • Experience in client-facing roles, product development, or solutions design
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable solutions
