Job Summary: The position is responsible for designing, positioning, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs. This role bridges product development, underwriting, and sales by translating insurance offerings into client-focused strategies that drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize insurance solutions based on client risk profiles, industry needs, and business objectives
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, brokers, underwriters, and internal teams
- Analyze existing insurance products and recommend enhancements or new solutions to remain competitive
- Support sales and business development teams with product expertise, proposals, and presentations
- Manage the end-to-end solutioning process, from needs assessment to implementation
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to inform product positioning
- Collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams to ensure pricing and coverage align with risk appetite
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction
- Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field3–7+ years of experience in insurance, brokerage, or financial services
- Strong knowledge of insurance products (e.g., life, health, general insurance, or employee benefits)
- Experience in client-facing roles, product development, or solutions design
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable solutions

- Professional certifications (e.g., insurance licenses, or equivalent)
- Experience working with brokers or distribution channels
- Knowledge of underwriting principles and risk assessment
