Position Overview:

Responsible for maximizing sales of insurance and healthcare-related products and services through direct-to-consumer channels such as call centers (telemarketing) and online platforms. The role involves achieving individual and team targets in line with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote products by demonstrating how they align with client needs
  • Develop, implement, and oversee sales and distribution strategies for the direct sales channel
  • May manage existing clients as part of a broader account team or handle assigned accounts within a specific region or for a specific product range
