About the job Front Desk Associate
As the first point of contact for the company, the Front Desk Associate is responsible for managing office administrative functions while delivering excellent service to clients, visitors, and employees. This role requires a strong understanding of the organization, familiarity with key personnel both inside and outside the company, and awareness of its goals and objectives.
With strong communication skills and a warm, professional approach, the associate will efficiently handle administrative responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone interacting with the organization. This position is essential in creating a lasting, positive impression of the company.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently.

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or contact person.

Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements for employees.

Monitor office supply inventory and order additional supplies when necessary.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and various documents.

Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.

Assist in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, and special activities.

Collaborate with other departments to support smooth office operations.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Hospitality, Business or Organizational Communication related course.
- Has above-average communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Must be creative and resourceful
- Must be people-oriented and confident
- Must be responsible, highly-organized and keen to details
- Can multitask effectively and can work under minimal supervision
- Knowledgeable with standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Must be highly proficient in computer skills in all Microsoft applications and online research
- Must demonstrate high level of professionalism and integrity
