Payroll Specialist
About the job Payroll Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing for all employees, including expatriates with split payments and consultants in local offices.
- Check and upload overtime schedules prepared by the team into the database.
- Compute prorated salaries for new hires, departing employees, and those on leave.
- Organize and maintain employee files related to banking details, tax documents, and payroll records.
- Audit payroll output reports for data changes, investigate system discrepancies, and correct entries within the payroll system as necessary.
- Review payroll status reports, including scheduled and retroactive deductions, and coordinate with HR and Benefits teams when needed.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from office administrators and department managers.
- Create payroll funding schedules for Treasury and share payroll reports with the Accounting team.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of global payroll processing experience from multinational companies/ global shared services.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook 2016 (Intermediate MS Excel skills is a must like Pivot and Vlookup).
- Experience in Workday and ADP systems including Vantage HCM, iReports, ADP Reporting, and ADP GL a plus
- Good written and verbal skills, ability to communicate and articulate payroll procedures to management.
- Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team, have strong ethics, a high level of personal and professional integrity.
- Overtime may be required during payroll processing weeks in addition to quarterly and yearend deadlines with little or no advanced notice.
- Accounting background a plus.
- Kronos Time & Attendance System a plus

Work set-up: Hybrid (3x onsite 2x WFH)
