Global Procurement Senior Analyst- Celonis

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, identifying market trends, troubleshooting system issues, and providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance productivity and streamline processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Aimed at the framework and roadmap at enhancing, simplifying, and standardizing the company's S2P processes and systems across all regions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key business partners to ensure smooth connectivity and alignment between procurement operations and the category management teams.
• Collaborate with procurement operations and Category Managers to gather and analyze data, uncovering opportunities to improve category strategies and project plans, thus driving process efficiency and cost optimization.
• Support the management of change for the introduction of new processes and systems to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption.
• Identify areas of underperformance within the S2P process, providing actionable recommendations and solutions to address challenges and improve outcomes.
• Develop financial and predictive models to support business decisions, driving data-informed strategies.
• Create and track S2P KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and measure success across various initiatives.
• Take ownership of the SAP Cloud Analytics and Celonis systems, working closely with the IT department to ensure these platforms function effectively and are enhanced in alignment with business needs.
• Participate in projects related to the transition of S2P transactional activities to Global Business Services teams in Manila and Poland, ensuring seamless execution and integration.
• Engage with industry professionals to gather insights on best practices and benchmark performance to continuously optimize the company's S2P KPIs and processes.

Qualifications:

• BA or BS is required, and procurement or supply chain certification is highly preferred.
• 3+ years experience in a role that provides analytical support to a department/function and interfaces with suppliers/customers (both internal and external)
• Proficient using SAP, SAP Ariba, especially as it relates to the S2P process, as well as administrative functions
• Proficient with the SAP cloud analytics tool
• Certification for completing the Celonis academy
