Job Summary:
We are seeking Business Development Manager to manage key accounts, acquire new corporate clients, and strengthen long-term partnerships. The role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service and sales backgrounds, particularly in healthcare, insurance, or related industries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships with corporate accounts
- Conduct presentations and negotiate health and service plan packages
- Prepare proposals and follow up with potential clients
- Meet individual and team sales quotas
- Handle both client servicing and new business acquisition
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requirements
- Provide regular reports and pipeline updates to sales management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred; open to associate degree holders or undergraduates (2-3 years completed) with solid experience
- 4-5 years of combined sales and customer service experience
- Background in healthcare or insurance preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
