- Lead CR teams in India and the Philippines
- Develop and manage CR data strategy and reporting
- Oversee award submissions, regulatory responses, and internal reporting
- Collaborate with HR, Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, and Communications
- Build relationships with external CR partners and nonprofits
- Drive internal and external CR communications
- Oversee Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and inclusion initiatives
- Lead citizenship, grant-making, and volunteer programs in Asia
- Mentor and guide a regional CR team
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in Corporate Responsibility; 5+ years in people leadership
- Experience working with executives and diverse employee groups
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead regional or global teams in a matrixed environment
- Experience in financial services or tech
- Masters degree in a business-related field
- Background in leading virtual teams and remote employees
- Strong change management and storytelling abilities
- Budget: 160k to 416k
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid Once a month required onsite work to attend Connection Day; Day 1 is onsite for HR Day
- Schedule: 6:00PM to 3:00AM PHT, flexible but need to be available between 6:00PM to 11:30PM PHT, may still adjust due to business need
