Job Description:

· Serve as a subject matter expert in the end-to-end employee life processes particularly hiring, onboarding, transfers, secondments, leaving and simple data management updates using the HRIS system. Handles highly sensitive cases that requires deeper understanding of the process.
o Plan and organize activities needed for Onboarding and Hiring Processes.
o Review and release Employment Verification requests and secondment letters
o Process and reconcile payroll interface activities to ensure accurate and updated employee census and information prior to payroll processing.
o Oversee administration of Leaver Process, generate monthly exit feedback
· Review and finalize workflow transactions handled by Employee Services Administrators to ensure quality and timeliness, and adherence of team to agreed KPIs
· Serve as escalation point around Employee Services processes that requires thorough research, coordination with COEs and SMEs to provide effective services to stakeholders.
· Builds metrics reports and dashboards, conduct audits, and case analytics for trends and identify areas for improvement to improve internal activities.
· Serve as support in process training of new hires, upskilling of existing team members, and initiate process improvement aligned to global standards
· Represent the team on workshops and process improvement meetings and share best practices
· Effectively manage the teams mailboxes and the Case Management Tool, performs triaging of cases and actioning or coordinating aging cases for timely delivery of services.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's/College Degree
· Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience related to the role
· Hands on experience in ServiceNow or Workday HCM
· 3 to 5 years of HR Administration work experience gained from global HR environment
· 3 to 5 years of HR Shared Services work experience in either HR Operations and HR Systems role, from a multinational, blue-chip, professional, or financial services organization
· Amenable to work in rotating shifts (APAC, EMEA and Americas time zones), Hybrid set-up.
