Functional Consultant (Netsuite)

The Implementation Lead Engineer is tasked with executing the scope of implementation projects. This role also serves as the main point of contact (POC) for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing recommendations and ideas. Additionally, the position involves conceptualizing solutions, defining project scope, and identifying potential risks.

Operational Tasks

• Manages multiple projects under the guidance of the Project Officer.
• Performs key activities throughout the project lifecycle, including:
  • Delivering training
  • Conducting business reviews
  • Configuring systems
  • Migrating data
  • Providing onsite and remote support
  • Offering regular project updates
• Implements the approved project blueprint and plan.
• Prepares and assembles implementation-related documentation, such as:
  • Training materials
  • Business process requirements documentation
  • Configuration records
  • System live-run documentation
  • Project closure reports

Preparation and Execution Responsibilities

• Develops and executes plans for:
  • Training
  • System configuration
  • Internal and external testing
  • Project live-run activities
  • Deploying project-related solutions and fixes during the implementation phase
• Collaborates closely with clients to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Ensures the company's technology and solutions meet timelines and project scope requirements.
• Provides guidance and influences project team members.
• Clearly communicates technical limitations or critical obstacles based on client processes and requirements.
• Drafts, updates, and releases ISO-compliant documentation.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least three (3) years of experience in implementing IT products, services or solutions.
• Must have a background in business process standard practices
• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in project-related documentation as well as incustomer-facing positions
• Must have experience in conducting presentations and training as well as root cause analysis and deployment of solutions.

Location: Quezon City

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00AM to 6:00PM

Work set-up: 4 days onsite and 1 day WFH
