 Responsibilities

  • Administration duties
  • Unit registry
  • Updating client details
  • Platform Maintenance
  • Client onboardings
  • Daily/Monthly/Quarterly NAV review
  • Monthly/Quarterly bespoke reporting
  • Quarterly BAS/Tax reporting
  • Fund reporting, trade execution and reconciliation of fund and client positions (numeracy and working with excel is a key requirement)
  • Payment Entry
  • Compliance monitoring
  • Manage relationships with counter-parties (Registry, Custody and Administrators)
  • General Administration and business operational matters
  • Perform other duties from time to time

Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in finance or business-related courses
    • Background and working knowledge in Fund Accounting, preferably with Australia-based companies
    • Preferably with at least 2-year experience as fund accountant from custody/fund manager.
    • Smart, numerate, self-motivated, and eager to build relationships with all 3rd party providers to the business and colleagues
    • Mandarin speaking and writing skills are not required but would be looked upon favourably along with previous experience within the fund management industry, specifically working in unit registry
    • Excellent communication skills - can articulate his/her skills, background with ease.
