The Pre-Sales Consultant supports the Sales and Marketing teams in acquiring and retaining customers. They analyze the market, conduct focus groups, and develop pitches for Sales Consultants. Acting as technology experts in their specific solutions, they provide sales support throughout the sales process and assist internal teams as needed.
Responsibilities
Technical Duties:
- Lead a solution portfolio for the Business Management Solution.
- Engage with customers to assess needs and fit with products.
- Deliver solution presentations and conduct demonstrations.
- Manage Proof of Concept/Value and create Terms of Reference.
- Collaborate on RFPs and influence customer decisions.
- Present solutions with the Sales team and support upsell activities.
- Provide technical training and create necessary documentation.
- Develop industry-specific solution presentations.
Research & Analysis:
- Monitor technology updates for new business opportunities.
- Create sales proposals outlining business benefits.
- Collaborate with Marketing on materials and competitor analysis.
- Transition customer requirements to implementation teams.
Collaboration:
- Gather implementation scopes for sales proposals.
- Allocate internal/external resources to meet customer needs.
- Assist Service Desk with support structures and requirements.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in IT or in business-related fields
- minimum 2 years of experience in ERP, POS, SCM/WMS, CRM, or E-Commerce implementation.
- minimum 2 years of experience in selling business management products or services, including ERP, POS, SCM/WMS, CRM, E-Commerce, Financial Planning, and Data Analytics/Business Intelligence.
- Experience with small business and large enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with NetSuite implementation and configuration.
- Experience in systems analysis and design.
- Ability to translate requirements into technical specifications and conduct design reviews with users and technical personnel.
- Strong interpersonal skills, computer literacy, good communication abilities, and excellent customer service.
Location, Schedule, and Setup
- Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1-day WFH)
