Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sourcing

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plan in accordance with the business objectives.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top technical talent.
  • Conduct research to stay informed about trends in the technology hiring market, including skill demand, competitor hiring practices and salary benchmarks.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activity, pipeline health, and market conditions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and partners to identify, and prioritize talent needs.

2. Talent Pipelining

  • Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Proactively identify and engage with high-potential top talents through targeted sourcing from various channels.
  • Fostering strong relationships with potential candidates

3. Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee the day-to-day sourcing activities of the team.
  • Increase coverage of sourcing efforts including screening and ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and hiring targets are met
  • Manage and optimize sourcing tools and technologies.
  • Identify, engage and onboard suitable recruitment agencies, headhunters, and other vendors, based on recruitment needs.
  • Execute lead-generating activities such as referral programs and other non-traditional sourcing strategies for tech position
  • Vendor management network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

4. Reporting and Analytics

  • Monitor applications across sourcing channels, collaborating with business leaders to ensure all leads are accurately tracked.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure and optimize talent acquisition efforts.
  • Identify trends and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities, including sourcing channels, sourcing efficiency, time to source, pipeline health and sourcing conversion rate.

5. Process Improvement

  • Continuously evaluating and improving sourcing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implementing and managing sourcing tools and technologies to streamline operations.

6. Team Leadership

  • Conduct performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback to the sourcing team.
  • Invest in the professional development of the team through training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Assign tasks and manage the workload of the sourcing team.
  • Engage with target audience in a professional and ethical way.
  • Communicate effectively using various channels e.g., email, LinkedIn, social media and over the phone.

7. Compliance and Legal

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action.
  • Protect candidate data and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including job descriptions, interview notes, and offer letters."


  • Qualification:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7 to 10+ experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing of technical roles preferably in Auditing Firm. (e.g., Solutions Architect, IT Audit, Digital Transformation, IT professionals)
  • Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques, advanced knowledge on sourcing methods methodologies, tools, and technologies.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or HR Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred.
  • Experience in acquiring employees with IT background is preferred.
  • Demonstrate record of exceeding goals in cost savings and supplier performance.
  • Strength in building relationships and strategic alliances; creates the right environment for teamwork.
