Job Overview
We are looking for a seasoned IT Advisory & Data Analytics Manager who can guide clients through complex technology landscapes, lead risk focused engagements, and mentor a growing team. You will scope and deliver projects on IT governance, IT general and application controls, data analytics, and regulatory compliance, while serving as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope, plan, and lead projects covering IT risk, ITGC, application controls, data analytics, and SOC reviews.
- Coordinate closely with clients at every project phase and present clear, actionable findings.
- Review work programs, reports, and other deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with professional standards.
- Act as a subjectmatter specialist on data analytics and IT governance issues.
- Design or validate analytics models and dashboards (SQL, Python, PowerBI, etc.).
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations (BSP, SOX, Basel), and emerging technologies.
- Lead multiple engagements simultaneously, managing budgets, timelines, and quality.
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior staff; foster a highperformance team culture.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance to strengthen the teams capabilities.
- Support account management and identify new opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
- Help craft proposals and solutions that address complex IT and data challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- CISA certification required; additional IT or security certifications a plus.
- Background in accounting/auditing preferred.
- 5+ years in IT audit, ITGC assessments, ERP application reviews (SAP, Oracle), or SOC engagements.
- Handson knowledge of IT governance, risk, and control frameworks.
- Proven delivery of data projects across the full lifecycledata sourcing, quality, analytics, and reporting.
- Development or validation of analytics/models in Python, SQL, SAS, R, or PowerBI.
- Familiarity with banking/finance regulations (BSP, SOX, Basel) and, ideally, AML or fraudmonitoring systems.
- Demonstrated projectmanagement and peoplemanagement skills on multiengagement portfolios.
- Strong analytical and logical problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and clientpresentation skills.
- Ability to work with global teams and flexible schedules.
