About the job Business Development Officer (Off-Prem – Convenience Store)
- Profile Generate Leads and Open new Accounts to achieve Business Development of the assigned Area through Area Saturation, profiling and penetration.
- Build rapport and business building relationship with key decision maker to pursue business objectives
- Asset Accountability, Management, and deployment such as Merch Items, Free goods
- Ensure Month on Month achievement of Sales Volume, Account Opening Target and other KPI assigned by management and Close Volume generating contracts/agreements
- Expert in Territory profile including Consumer or Customer Behavior and accurate knowledge of Competitor activities.
- A/R Management and collections monitoring
- Educational Background:
- College Graduate from Reputable Schools
Profile preference:
- With pleasing personality
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Filipino.
- Hardworking and with good work ethics.
- Can work under pressure and requires minimum supervision.
- Highly Trainable, willing to learn and be coached.
Professional Background:
- With background in territorial/independent account penetration. Preferably with Local Key Accounts or Gen. Trade Background.
- With Driver's License.
- Willing to be assigned in either Off (Day Shift) or On Premise (Night Shift)
