  • Profile Generate Leads and Open new Accounts to achieve Business Development of the assigned Area through Area Saturation, profiling and penetration.
  • Build rapport and business building relationship with key decision maker to pursue business objectives
  • Asset Accountability, Management, and deployment such as Merch Items, Free goods
  • Ensure Month on Month achievement of Sales Volume, Account Opening Target and other KPI assigned by management and Close Volume generating contracts/agreements
  • Expert in Territory profile including Consumer or Customer Behavior and accurate knowledge of Competitor activities.
  • A/R Management and collections monitoring
  • Educational Background:
  • College Graduate from Reputable Schools

  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Filipino.
  • Hardworking and with good work ethics.
  • Can work under pressure and requires minimum supervision.
  • Highly Trainable, willing to learn and be coached.

Professional Background:

  • With background in territorial/independent account penetration. Preferably with Local Key Accounts or Gen. Trade Background.
  • With Driver's License.
  • Willing to be assigned in either Off (Day Shift) or On Premise (Night Shift)
