Core Responsibilities

A. Google Ads Campaign Setup & Management (45%)

  • Build and structure Google Search campaigns based on predefined strategies and client requirements
  • Create ad groups, keywords, ads, and extensions following internal guidelines
  • Ensure correct account structure, naming conventions, and documentation
  • Perform basic optimizations (bids, keywords, ads) using performance data

B. Ongoing Campaign Optimization & KPI Monitoring (15%)

  • Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversions, budget pacing)
  • Identify and optimize underperforming campaign elements
  • Conduct routine checks to prevent errors
  • Support A/B testing as directed by the Austrian team

C. Zendesk Ticket Management & Task Processing (15%)

  • Process tickets related to campaign changes and optimizations
  • Execute clearly defined tasks without SEO expertise
  • Ensure timely and accurate task completion
  • Document all campaign changes

D. CRM & Administrative Campaign Tasks (10%)

  • Update campaign data and statuses in internal CRM systems
  • Perform data transfers and copy-paste tasks across systems
  • Maintain accurate records for tracking and reporting

E. Optional Tracking & Technical Support (10%)

  • Support basic tracking tasks when required
  • Assist with Google Tag Manager implementations based on instructions
  • Flag tracking issues to relevant technical teams

F. Internal Communication & Process Adherence (5%)

  • Communicate effectively with Austrian campaign and client management teams
  • Follow standardized workflows and processes
  • Escalate issues or uncertainties promptly

Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree in fields such as Communication, IT/Technical, Journalism, Advertising, English or Literature, Marketing, Business., Creative Writing, and other related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on Google Ads (Search) experience
  • Strong understanding of campaign structures, keywords, ads, and extensions
  • Familiarity with key SEA performance metrics and data-driven optimization
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk or similar)
  • Comfortable working with CRMs and repetitive administrative tasks
  • Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines
  • Basic understanding of tracking concepts (Google Tag Manager is a plus)
  • Good English communication skills; German knowledge not required

Work Setup:

Shift: Mid shift (3pm-11pm)
Setup: Hybrid 
Location: Mabuhay Tower IT Park Cebu City
