About the job Legal Assistant
Job Description
Support the daily operations of the Legal Department, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Organize and manage both physical and digital files for the company and its clients, including maintaining accurate directories. Assist in drafting legal documents such as summonses, motions, subpoenas, or conduct research and review relevant legal materials.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and phone inquiries.

Provide secretarial and administrative support to Managing Partners, including:
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Preparing and organizing documents and reports for various government agencies, such as the SEC, Bureau of Immigration, local Barangay and City offices, and the Courts.
- Ensure confidentiality of client and attorney information at all times.
- Undertake other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Political Science or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and attentive
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality
- Willing to work onsite at Bonifacio Global City
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work set-up: Onsite, Monday to Friday, with willingness to work on a rotating Saturday schedule (either 8:00 AM–12:00 NN or 1:00 PM–5:00 PM).
