About the job Senior Systems Management Analyst
A leading American healthcare organization is seeking a Sr. Systems Management Analyst to support the technical lifecycle of ERP modules, specifically focusing on Workday (Supply Chain or Finance) or other enterprise-level systems. This role is open to candidates from any industry domain who possess strong exposure to ERP configuration, development, and technical integrations. This is a high-growth opportunity for technical professionals looking to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions within a global, cross-functional infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday or Infor CloudSuite modules, with a focus on Supply Chain or Finance.
- Support critical data migration, integration, and reporting activities to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Integrations and Development solutions.
- Document technical specifications, configuration steps, SOPs, and user guides for global reference.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving complex ERP-related issues to maintain system stability.
- Stay up to date on platform capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across various modules.
- Perform periodic system health checks and support post-implementation reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 years of relevant experience with a solid understanding of ERP concepts; experience in any industry is welcome.
- Direct exposure to Integrations, Development, and Configuration within an enterprise ERP environment.
- Familiarity with Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, or Infor ION is a plus.
- Exposure to programming languages such as SQL, Java, or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a global team setting.
Work Setup: Hybrid (Flexi-work; 10 days RTO monthly or less)
Schedule: Night Shift (10:00 PM PHT start)
Location: Candidate's preference (Quezon City, Makati, Muntinlupa, Cebu, or Davao)
