Summary:

One of the Big Four auditing firms, providing industry-leading financial services, is seeking a skilled and experienced Functional Consultant specialized in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on experience delivering Oracle EPM solutions, including at least two full lifecycle implementations. This role will focus on implementing, configuring, and supporting EPM modules while partnering closely with clients and technical teams to deliver high-quality financial performance solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in Oracle EPM implementations, providing functional expertise across EPM modules.
  • Conduct business requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design sessions with clients.
  • Develop and maintain functional design documents, configuration specifications, and implementation artifacts.
  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM applications, including Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management, and Enterprise Data Management.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective integrations and alignment with overall system architecture.
  • Support data and metadata activities, including extracts, conversion requirements, and preparation for metadata conversion cycles.
  • Conduct testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop user training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to Oracle best practices and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM applications.
  • Completed at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders.
