About the job Creative Designer - Manager
Responsibilities:
- Design on‑brand content assets for digital/social posts, email/SMS, direct mail, thought leadership (white paper layouts, webinar slides), and event materials per established templates and guidelines.
- Adapt complex healthcare/product information into clear, accessible layouts; apply WCAG best practices (contrast, typography, alt text) and ensure compliance annotations are present where required.
- Build and maintain reusable templates and component files; manage file hygiene (layers, styles, naming) and version control in DAM/CMS; use enterprise brand templates and graphic layout guides.
- Execute design QA and routing for approvals with brand/compliance/legal; incorporate feedback efficiently and document changes.
- Partner with copywriters and content managers to align visual hierarchy with messaging; deliver assets sized/formatted for paid/organic platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Support event content production (brochures, booth screens, executive decks) and prepare print/digital specs for vendors.
- Collaborate with campaign teams to package handoffs (export settings, link checks, UTM/QR assets) and track creative performance indicators for iteration.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of marketing design experience; regulated industry exposure a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools; familiarity with DAM/CMS and accessibility requirements.
- Strong typography, layout, and information‑design skills; attention to detail and file management discipline.
- Experience working with brand systems and enterprise templates; ability to produce assets that are ready for omnichannel activation.
- Effective collaborator with copy, content, and campaign teams; receptive to structured feedback and approval workflows.
- BA/BS in Design or related field; motion graphics or basic video editing skills desirable.
