A leading global insurance firm is seeking two strategic and high-performing Regional Sales Managers to lead field management teams across assigned branches. This role is focused on aggressive manpower expansion and business growth, overseeing the execution of tactical action plans to meet short- and medium-term objectives. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in life insurance sales leadership to manage key stakeholder relationships and drive branch productivity within the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate rigorous branch planning and monitoring, ensuring every New Business Office (NBO) undergoes comprehensive business reviews, goal setting, and progress monitoring aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive manpower expansion initiatives, including recruitment clinics, BOFs, and ISO expansion, to enable NBOs to achieve and exceed their recruitment targets.
  • Improve advisor productivity by implementing segmented interventions, moving-up programs, and customer engagement activities such as financial planning forums.
  • Strengthen execution discipline within branch management teams, ensuring consistent implementation of established business practices, market conduct standards, and unit meetings.
  • Manage regional team performance through strategic resource planning, performance reviews, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Utilize and manage cluster resources effectively to achieve overarching business goals while maintaining strict compliance with government and agency regulations.
  • Act as a change agent, managing conflict and visioning to align the field management team with the company's long-term growth trajectory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
  • Total of 8 years' experience in sales organizations (Insurance, Banking, Real Estate, or Direct Marketing), with at least 3 years specifically in Life Insurance is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of agency fundamentals, including sales management processes, compensation, and rewards & recognition.
  • Strong leadership skills in business planning, execution monitoring, and managing organizational change.
  • Basic knowledge in financial products & personal financial planning.
  • Basic understanding of actuarial products, underwriting, investment, and government regulations relating to insurance sales.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a big plus but not required.
