Summary:

We're looking for a Procurement Functional Assistant Manager to join one of the Big Four global professional services firms. This is a strategic, client-facing, and cross-project leadership role, ideal for someone ready to own an entire business operations and drive procurement transformation programs at scale. Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Procurement Operations Manager
  • Assisting the end-to-end procurement transformation programs across multiple clients and industries.
  • Provide expertise in Ivalua/Coupa/Ariba, and design functional solutions, oversee configuration, and guide teams through deployment.
  • Drive capability-building, mentorship, and recruitment for the department.
  • Partner with C-level stakeholders to provide advisory services and thought leadership.
  • Support business development and presales initiatives, showcasing procurement expertise.

Qualifications:

  • With 5 to 8 years of procurement and consulting experience, with strong hands-on exposure to Ivalua/Coupa/Ariba.
  • Proven experience S2P/procurement transformation programs.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and client engagement skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
