Summary:
We're looking for a Procurement Functional Assistant Manager to join one of the Big Four global professional services firms. This is a strategic, client-facing, and cross-project leadership role, ideal for someone ready to own an entire business operations and drive procurement transformation programs at scale. Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Procurement Operations Manager
- Assisting the end-to-end procurement transformation programs across multiple clients and industries.
- Provide expertise in Ivalua/Coupa/Ariba, and design functional solutions, oversee configuration, and guide teams through deployment.
- Drive capability-building, mentorship, and recruitment for the department.
- Partner with C-level stakeholders to provide advisory services and thought leadership.
- Support business development and presales initiatives, showcasing procurement expertise.
Qualifications:
- With 5 to 8 years of procurement and consulting experience, with strong hands-on exposure to Ivalua/Coupa/Ariba.
- Proven experience S2P/procurement transformation programs.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and client engagement skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
