Lead executive client engagement content (CXO narratives, POVs, briefing books, tailored case studies) that align to company's Rx value stories and product portfolio.

Establish governance and operating rhythms (calendars, run‑of‑show, content QA/approvals, version control) to ensure accuracy, speed, and reuse.
Integrate AI‑assisted workflows (content outlines, script drafts, abstract submissions, recap summaries) with human review for quality and regulatory adherence.
Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing Ops/MarTech, Compliance/Legal, and Events to align content, targeting, measurement, and logistics.
Build a test‑and‑learn plan for event experiences (message/brochure variants, demo flow, CTA placement); codify insights into repeatable playbooks.
Own performance reporting (attendance quality, engagement rates, booth interactions, content downloads, meeting outcomes/pipeline influence) and recommend optimizations.

8–10+ years in event marketing/content leadership or executive engagement programs; healthcare or regulated industries preferred.
Proven success designing executive‑level content and complex event experiences that drive measurable outcomes (pipeline influence, retention/upsell).
Deep familiarity with brand standards, accessibility, compliance (HIPAA, fair balance), and approvals in large enterprises.
