Summary:

One of the Big Four auditing firms, providing industry-leading financial services, is seeking an experienced Oracle Functional EPM Lead (Assistant Manager) to manage and deliver Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects end to end. This role provides functional leadership across EPM implementations, partners closely with clients, oversees project delivery, and supports business development and presales activities. The ideal candidate brings deep EPM expertise, strong project leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable EPM solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle EPM projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate client business requirements into effective Oracle EPM solutions.
  • Develop functional design documents and provide oversight and quality assurance for EPM configurations.
  • Lead and participate in Oracle EPM implementations, providing functional expertise across EPM modules including Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management, and Enterprise Data Management.
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, aligning functional and technical resources to project objectives.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct user training sessions and develop comprehensive training materials.
  • Partner with the presales team to support business development initiatives, including solutioning and effort estimation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand evolving needs and identify opportunities for additional services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM applications.
  • Completed at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementation projects.
  • Proven experience supporting business development and presales activities.
  • Strong project management and delivery leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
