Channel Specialist - Events/Exec Client Engagement

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the event content plan: develop and manage brochures, one‑pagers, booth screens, videos, demos, session slides, and digital assets for in‑person and virtual events.
  • Build and maintain content toolkits (templates, modules, messaging snippets) with proper metadata, tagging, and version control for easy reuse.
  • Support executive client engagement materials (briefing books, tailored case studies, follow‑up emails) and coordinate approvals with brand, legal, and compliance.
  • Partner with creative teams on asset production (copy, design, video edits), ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate event logistics inputs for content (specs, deadlines, run‑of‑show, print/digital delivery) and manage checklists/QA prior to go‑live.
  • Use AI tools to draft abstracts, session descriptions, recap summaries, and asset variations—apply human review to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Track engagement metrics (asset downloads, QR scans, session attendance, booth interactions) and prepare reports/insight summaries for optimization.
  • Maintain audit trails and artifacts required for regulatory compliance and internal governance.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years in event content production, marketing communications, or sales enablement within a complex/regulated environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with presentation tools, event platforms, and basic video workflows.
  • Strong writing/editing skills; attention to detail for accuracy, accessibility, and brand voice.
  • Familiarity with AI‑assisted content and comfort adopting new tools/processes.
  • Solid project management and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

Locations: BGC Taguig, Quezon City, Alabang, Muntinlupa, and Makati
