About the job Legal Compliance Specialist
Job Description
- Prepare and review legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with the procedures of various government agencies.
- Serve as a liaison to obtain necessary documentation from agencies such as the BIR, SEC, DTI, Courts, and other Local Government Units (LGUs).
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and team members.
- Manage regular documentation, monitor processes, ensure completion of tasks, and provide accurate reporting.
- Support various departments administratively by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and attorney information at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Political Science or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and attentive
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality
- Willing to work onsite at Bonifacio Global City
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work set-up: Onsite, Monday to Friday, with willingness to work on a rotating Saturday schedule (either 8:00 AM–12:00 NN or 1:00 PM–5:00 PM).
