Summary:

A leading travel accessories brand is looking for an Operations/Admin Assistant to help keep day-to-day office and operational activities running smoothly. This role provides essential administrative, coordination, and reporting support to ensure efficient internal operations and strong compliance with company processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including filing, scheduling, and document organization.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, reimbursements, and related administrative documents.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational databases.
  • Assist in coordinating deliveries, inventory, and office supply requirements.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for operational needs.
  • Support scheduling of meetings, events, and operational activities.
  • Track ongoing operational tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with compliance documentation and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare operational reports and summaries for management.
  • Provide general administrative support for management initiatives and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative or operations support roles, preferably within FMCG or retail.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with care and discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • QuickBooks knowledge is a plus!

Work Setup: Full Onsite

Schedule: Day shift, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Location: Quezon City
