Reports to: Revenue Management Administration Supervisor
Primary Function/General Purpose of Position :
The Revenue Management Analytics Expert is a senior individual contributor within the Global Business Services (GBS) Revenue Management team, providing advanced analytical expertise to support payer reimbursement strategy, revenue forecasting, and contract performance evaluation. This role designs and delivers complex financial models, benchmarking analyses, and performance insights that inform managed care negotiations, revenue projections, and enterprise decision-making. The Expert partners closely with Managed Care, Finance, and Revenue Cycle leadership to interpret trends, assess risk, and identify opportunities to optimize financial performance.
Essential Job Functions
- Design and deliver expected-vs-actual reimbursement analyses, integrating large financial and claims datasets to identify trends, variances, and financial risk.
- Develop and maintain payer parity and benchmarking analyses, leveraging internal performance data and external market intelligence.
- Lead monthly gross and net revenue trend analysis, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities and escalating insights to leadership.
- Develop and refine intramonth and forward-looking revenue forecasts, partnering with stakeholders to improve accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze service line and payer-specific financial performance, translating findings into actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- Define and validate analytical assumptions and methodologies used in contract modeling, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
- Design and enhance contract modeling tools, including rate escalators, carve-outs, quality incentives, and value-based payment components.
- Partner with Managed Care and Finance leadership to support payer negotiations through scenario modeling, financial impact analysis, and risk assessment.
- Present complex analytical findings and recommendations to finance, strategy, and managed care leaders in a clear, executive-ready format.
Education
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Health Administration, or related field (required)
Masters degree in business administration (MBA), Health Administration (MHA), or related discipline (preferred)
Work Experience
5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare financial analysis, managed care analytics, payer reimbursement, or medical economics (required)
Demonstrated experience with payer reimbursement methodologies (e.g., DRG, APC, fee schedules, value-based models) (required)
Proven experience designing financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support decision-making (required)
Experience working with financial and analytical systems (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Epic, Strata, EPSi) (required)
Prior Revenue Cycle or payer-facing experience (preferred)
Skills
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis skills in a healthcare or managed care context.
- Deep understanding of payer reimbursement methodologies, contract structures, and revenue drivers.
- Strong analytical judgment to synthesize complex datasets into strategic insights and recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Experience using analytical and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Ability to interpret complex financial and contract data and communicate implications to non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including partnering with Managed Care, Finance, and Revenue Cycle leadership.
- High attention to detail and rigor in validating assumptions, data integrity, and analytical outputs.
- Ability to manage multiple complex analyses independently and prioritize work based on business impact.
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and ethical handling of sensitive financial and patient data.

Location: Park Triangle Corporate Centre, BGC
Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days RTO & 2 days WFH per week)
