Healthcare Finance Supervisor / Managed Care Supervisor

Reports to: GCC Finance Lead

The Supervisor, Managed Care & Revenue Analytics is a people-leader role within Global Business Services (GBS), responsible for overseeing multi-disciplinary teams that support managed care contract operations, reimbursement analytics, payer performance monitoring, net revenue analytics, and revenue analytics applications. This role supervises Managed Care Operations Analysts, Managed Care Value-Based Experts, Revenue Analysts, Revenue Experts, and Revenue Applications Analysts to ensure high-quality, consistent, and timely delivery of analytical outputs and operational insights. The Supervisor provides prioritization, quality assurance, and escalation support, serving as a key liaison between GBS teams and U.S.-based Managed Care, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Data leadership..

  • Supervise and develop Managed Care Analysts, Value-Based Experts, Revenue Analysts, Revenue Experts, and Revenue Applications Analysts through coaching, performance management, goal setting, and development planning.
  • Oversee the quality , consistency, and timeliness of deliverables across managed care contract analytics, value-based performance reporting, net revenue analytics, and revenue analytics applications.
  • Oversee credentialing responsibilities performed by managed care credentialing administrators.
  • Review and approve final analytical deliverables related to , fee schedules, payer policies, reimbursement forecasts, and revenue performance reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Provide oversight of revenue analytics applications and data outputs, ensuring reliability, appropriate controls, and alignment with defined business requirements, without assuming ownership of system architecture, configuration, or development, and in partnership with IT and Enterprise Data teams.
  • Validate assumptions, methodologies, and outputs of financial models, forecasts, and reconciliations supporting contract negotiations, renewals, escalations, budgeting, and revenue reporting.
  • Own oversight of net revenue analytics, including variance analysis and forecasting, ensuring alignment with Accounting, FP&A, and Revenue Cycle methodologies and revenue recognition practices.
  • Monitor value-based and payer performance metrics, ensuring timely preparation of dashboards, reconciliation summaries, and leadership-ready insights across managed care and revenue domains.
  • Prioritize work, manage team capacity, and coordinate dependencies across functional and technical teams to meet service-level expectations and evolving business priorities.
  • Support leadership escalation and decision-making by synthesizing insights related to payer performance, underpayments, disputes, revenue trends, and readiness for new reimbursement or revenue models.

Licensing/Certification

Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) — Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) (preferred)

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) — National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) (preferred)

Education

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (required)

Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Finance, or related field (preferred)

Work Experience

5+ years of progressive experience in managed care operations, reimbursement analytics, revenue analytics, healthcare finance, medical economics, or related healthcare consulting (required)

2+ years of direct people leadership experience managing analysts or technical professionals (required)

Experience overseeing contract analytics, value-based performance reporting, net revenue analytics, and/or revenue analytics applications outputs (required)

Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau and/or Power BI and analytics platforms sufficient to review, validate, and challenge analytical outputs (not hands-on development) (required)

Skills

  • Proven people-leadership and coaching skills with experience managing both functional analysts and technical analytics professionals.
  • Strong understanding of managed care contracting, payer reimbursement methodologies, value-based payment models, and net revenue concepts.
  • Ability to review, validate, and synthesize complex analytical outputs, financial models, and dashboards for business accuracy and impact.
  • Advanced analytical judgment to integrate insights across managed care, revenue, and analytics domains for leadership decision-making.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel for review of financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, data pipelines, and analytics platforms sufficient to govern quality, prioritization, and methodology.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills to partner effectively with Finance, Revenue Cycle, IT, and U.S.-based leadership teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into executive-level insights.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and dependencies in a fast-paced, matrixed GBS environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and ethical handling of sensitive financial and patient data.

Work Set-up

  • Shift: Night Shift with flexibility
  • Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days RTO and 2 days WFH), with a required 3-month onsite training period
  • Location: Park Triangle Corporate Centre, BGC
