A leading American healthcare organization is seeking a Systems Management Consultant to own the configuration and maintenance of Workday Supply Chain modules (Inventory, Procurement, Invoicing). This senior-level role is open to experts from any industry domain who can lead the design of Workday Business Processes and the development of EIB integrations. The Consultant bridges the gap between IT and global stakeholders, leading bi-annual upgrades and managing complex O&M activities. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Integrations and Development across Supply Chain or Finance modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Workday Supply Chain modules (Inventory, Procurement, Invoicing, Requisition, and CPQ) or Workday Finance modules.
  • Design, create, and modify Workday Business Processes to streamline operations and ensure global compliance.
  • Develop and maintain Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations for efficient and secure data exchange.
  • Manage ServiceNow workflows, including Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, and system enhancements.
  • Lead and contribute to Workday Bi-Annual upgrade projects, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of new features.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and finance stakeholders to resolve complex issues and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Lead O&M work including Access Requests, Incidents, and high-priority enhancement projects.
  • Liaise with external marketplace applications and systems such as GHX, Prodigo, and ParEx.
  • Comply with company policies and directives regarding work locations, shifts, and flexible work environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
  • 5+ years of Workday Supply Chain expertise, experience in any industry is welcome.
  • Extensive experience in Integrations, Development, and Configuration within Workday.
  • Work experience handling flows like Requisition, Procurement, and Invoices.
  • Strong track record of handling varied stakeholders including Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement.
  • Deep understanding of Workday Integrations with the ability to run and troubleshoot EIBs.
  • Experience with marketplace applications (GHX/Prodigo) and ParEx systems is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Workday Finance to assist with finance-related processes is preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Work Setup: Hybrid (Flexi-work; 10 days RTO monthly or less)

Schedule: Night Shift (10:00 PM PHT start)

Location: Candidates preference (Quezon City, Makati, Muntinlupa, Cebu, or Davao)
