About the job HR Program Management Specialist (DEI Specialist)
Key Responsibilities
1.Designs and implements programs that promote dignity and unity across the organization, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational strategies.
2.Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to expand recruitment channels and develop inclusive hiring practices.
3.Provides training and resources to associates and leaders on inclusive practices, unconscious bias, and effective interviewing techniques.
4.Monitors and analyzes recruitment data to assess the diversity of talent pools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
5.Coordinates with internal officers, sponsors, and external speakers for events and training sessions, ensuring all logistical and contractual arrangements are in place.
6.Develops and maintains communication plans to promote dignity and unity events, success stories, and available resources across various channels.
7.Evaluates the effectiveness of dignity and unity initiatives through feedback surveys and analytics, making adjustments as necessary to enhance impact.
8.Partners with the Compensation Team to audit and revise job descriptions, ensuring they are free of bias and exclusionary language.
9.Maintains and updates dignity and unity resources and toolkits, ensuring accessibility and relevance for associates.
10.Hosts virtual and in-person training sessions, facilitating engagement and participation while collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Management, HR Development or related field.
- 2+ years of related experience, preferably working in HR in a global shared service environment.
- 2+ years of experience implementing company-wide programs
- Proven experience in program management and HR
