Primary Function/General Purpose of Position

Reports to: Manager, Transition and Business Transformation

The Lead, Transition and Business Transformation owns complex transition and transformation workstreams end‑to‑end, from due opportunity assessment, business case creation, design, implementation to cutover and stabilization. The role applies market standards (tollgates, design, process mining, governance packs) to ensure scope control, risk management, and timely value delivery. This position mentors experts, coordinates cross‑functional dependencies with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and technology, and ensures operational readiness and adoption.

Essential Job Functions

· Lead complex transition and transformation workstreams; confirm scope baseline, deliverables, and success criteria with sponsors; maintain integrated plans and dependency maps.

· Conduct due diligence, process mining, and control assessment; design future‑state processes and Target Operating Model (TOM) with compliance built in.

· Own the Knowledge Transfer (KT) strategy and execution; design certification plans, proficiency rubrics, and sign‑off gateways; oversee LMS content quality.

· Run hyper-care and stabilization; set defect triage, response times, and exit criteria; ensure service KPIs stabilize to target.

· Establish governance cadence and content (SteerCo decks, health indicators, benefits tracking) and ensure executive‑ready reporting.

· Lead risk and issue management with quantified impact; drive mitigations and decision escalations through Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (RACI) and Risk, Action, Issues, Decision (RAID) discipline.

· Coordinate with Solution Architecture, Applications, and Reporting teams on tooling, access, data migration, and analytics enablers.

· Mentor Experts; review artifacts for completeness and control; coach on facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.

· Ensure compliance with data privacy, information security, and healthcare regulations; maintain audit‑ready documentation.

· Perform other job-related duties as required in support of organizational goals.

Licensing/Certification

-Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE2 or equivalent (preferred).

-Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (preferred).

-Bachelors degree in Business, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. (required)

- 5+ years leading complex transitions or transformations in global business services/shared services. (required)

-Formal training in change management (Prosci/ADKAR), process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath), Program and Project Management (PPM), Lean Six Sigma (preferred).
