We are looking for a proactive and growth-oriented AWS Solutions Architect to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid cloud foundation who is ready to scale their skills in designing resilient, secure, and cost-effective architectures. Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Assist in designing and deploying cloud architectures based on the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Cloud Migrations: Support the migration of on-premises workloads to AWS and help optimize existing infrastructures for performance and cost.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and maintain automation scripts using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Security & Compliance: Configure secure environments using AWS IAM, VPC, Security Groups, and encryption services.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a technical point of contact to translate business requirements into scalable cloud solutions.

Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience with core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC).
• Networking: Solid understanding of network protocols, DNS, Load Balancing (ALB/NLB), and hybrid connectivity.
• Containers: Familiarity with Docker and orchestration services like Amazon ECS or EKS.
• Database Management: Knowledge of relational (RDS/Aurora) and non-relational (DynamoDB) databases.
• Certifications (Preferred): AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Cloud Practitioner (for high-potential Junior profiles).

Language & Soft Skills

• English Proficiency: Advanced (C1/B2+). Must be able to participate in technical meetings, write documentation, and communicate clearly with English-speaking clients.
• Growth Mindset: Strong self-learning ability and a passion for staying up-to-date with AWS releases.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical approach to troubleshooting and optimizing cloud environments.
