Support Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Coordinator to ensure the quality, stability, and successful delivery of our digital solutions. This role acts as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting the planning, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is analytical, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure high-quality solution delivery and continuous improvements.

• Plan and coordinate application delivery, testing, and support activities for web and iOS applications.

• Provide clear and regular status reporting and visibility to different management levels.

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve functional and production issues.

• Collaborate closely with development teams to identify root causes and implement effective fixes.

• Support release management processes and post-deployment follow-up.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of support and delivery processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience supporting and delivering web and/or iOS applications.

• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical requirements.

• Solid understanding of web technologies and application lifecycle management.

Tools & Methodologies

• Experience with planning and budget management.

• Strong knowledge of the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multinational, cross-functional teams.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and explore new technologies.

• Comfortable working independently in an agile and dynamic environment.

Education & Languages

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.

• Fluent English is required (knowledge of French or other languages is a plus).
