Contact Center Automation Engineer
Acerca del puesto Contact Center Automation Engineer
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience configuring and managing contact center technologies (e.g., Genesys, Five9, NICE inContact, Avaya, Cisco, Amazon Connect).
Strong understanding of dialer operations, IVR design, call routing strategies, and CRM integrations.
Experience with APIs, scripting languages, SQL, and automation tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
