Acerca del puesto DevSecOps
We are seeking a proactive DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen the reliability, security, and scalability of our mobile application ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with mobile developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to design and implement secure, automated, and high-performing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for mobile backends. This role is critical in driving continuous delivery, enforcing security best practices, and ensuring seamless, scalable deployments across iOS and Android platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain robust pipelines.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to provision, manage, and secure cloud environments,
ensuring cost optimization and compliance.
• Integrate security controls throughout the development lifecycle (DevSecOps), including
automated vulnerability scanning, dependency checks, and policy enforcement.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements in
release velocity, stability, and reliability.
• Set up and manage containerized environments.
• Monitor application performance, crashes, and user behavior using Firebase, Crashlytics, and New
Relic; lead incident response and implement proactive fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and automate workflows, improve
observability, and enforce consistent DevOps standards.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or CI/CD with a strong focus on mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in IaC tools: Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Fastlane, Gradle, Xcode, GitLab CI.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud), containerization (Docker,
Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
• Experience with mobile app deployment workflows and app store submission processes (Google
Play, App Store).
• Familiarity with security tools and practices (SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, secret
management).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to performance and reliability.
